2. Phone Consultation
We'll reach out to you once you've filled out our online form and discuss the materials and design preferences for your deck project. We'll also talk about the condition of your current deck, approximate budget, and other relevant details such as location and any existing slopes. We aim to ensure we comprehensively understand your needs and preferences to create the perfect deck for you.
3. In-person Consultation
During your no-obligation consultation, we will meet with you at your property to discuss your vision and take measurements so that everything is accurate. We strive to make the entire process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your dream deck without any worries.
4. Design & Estimating
After our design consultation, we'll create detailed plans and an estimate for your project. We'll work within your budget to source the best materials on the market through our preferred vendors. As part of our service, we'll provide you with a free 3D design that helps you visualize your dream deck. Our comprehensive estimate includes preferred supplier pricing, and we also offer free delivery of the decking materials. We believe every detail counts, so we go the extra mile to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your project.
5. Deck Installation
When we install your deck, our certified contractors will work hard to ensure the job is done right. Our project manager will also be on-site to answer any questions you may have and handle any last-minute changes. To ensure the project goes smoothly, we'll plan on using 15% more materials than we expect to need--this helps us be prepared for possible delays or damage to materials, keeping your project on schedule and under budget.
6. Final Walk-Through and Delightful
Once your deck project is complete, we'll make any necessary minor touch-ups before delivering our Delight Warranty. To ensure that everything meets our high standards and your expectations, we conduct a final inspection and walk-through with you. This allows you to review the project and raise any concerns or issues before we deliver the Delight Warranty.
